Claude Diallo has been invited by Thomas Biasotto from ink Appenzell to present a series of solo piano evenings as the new artist in residence 2024. Concerts go one hour from 19.30 to 20.30 and are performed on a beautiful grand piano. People do not need a ticket and are free to contribute with a token of appreciation of their own judging.
For the Easter Monday, April 1 session, Claude invites his african friend Djiby Diabate to join him on the balafon. This duo met for the first time in Senegal when Claude was invited to perform at the St. Louis Jazz Festival in May 2023. The duo will also feature the senegalese singer Aminata Khass.
